Shipping Policy
Orders are processed directly to our shipping team following order confirmation. Tracking will be provided to your email as soon as your order is shipped. If you have any questions about shipping/tracking, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page with your order number.
Important Note:
We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1-4 working days of the order date. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekend will be processed on the first week day. Orders will only ship out Monday's to Friday's. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update and show shipped status.

United Kingdom & Australia: 5-12 Days
Other countries: 5-14 Days
Order Cutoff Time: Weekdays at 9pm EST (Orders made after 9pm EST will be fulfilled on the next business day)

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
