If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.


We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier·

Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return. Your refund will be processed immediately afterwards, and you can expect the money to be refunded back in your account within 24-48 hours, depending on your bank and provider.

We have no restocking fee, and refund processing times can take up to 2 days. At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.

Defects/Faults: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us immediately. All faulty items will be replaced free of charge.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at your earliest convenience!


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
